Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required for cancelled appointments or the FULL amount of the service will be charged! Please let me know if you are running late. If it is 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled. A new NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to rebook!
